Legal warranty

All consumer goods, including our beverages in glass bottles, are covered by the statutory conformity warranty of 2 years. This means that the product must meet the expectations that the consumer may reasonably have during normal use.

Our beverages have a shelf life of 1 year unopened. Once opened, the bottles must be stored in the refrigerator and are consumable for 2 to 4 weeks (approximately 1 month).

If a product becomes defective within the warranty period or does not conform (for example due to a manufacturing defect or defective packaging), the consumer is entitled to replacement or refund.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order of our beverages in glass bottles within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the products. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount including initial shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs are at your own expense.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@bis-sap.com. We will refund the amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the products have already been received in good condition.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
– Opened or already consumed bottles of beverages cannot be returned for reasons of food safety and hygiene.
– Only unopened bottles in their original condition (shelf life: 1 year) can be returned.
– Damaged bottles or bottles without original sealing will not be accepted.

Delivery and shipping
Delivery usually takes place within 2 to 5 working days after ordering.
– The fixed delivery cost is €8 per order.
– All orders are carefully packed. In case of breakage during transport, the product will be replaced or refunded free of charge.
